Request for Proposal – Playground Equipment Design and Installation

The Community Action of Allegan County is seeking proposals from qualified playground equipment manufacturers and/or vendors (Vendors) to design, provide, and install playground equipment at our new facility, as detailed in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

To be considered, three (3) copies (one with original signatures) of the proposal must be received in the Community Action of Allegan County offices at 323 Water Street, Allegan, Michigan, 49010, by 3:00 p.m., February 20, 2026 OR proposals may be e-mailed to info@communityactionallegan.org by 3:00 p.m., February 20, 2026.
